Bookings open on the 25th of each month at midnight for the following month.

Example: June bookings will open on May 25th at 12:00 AM.

To secure your appointment, please have your preferred style selected and your payment information ready before booking online.

Your natural hair must be at least 4 inches long for all styles.

Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, fully blow-dried, and free of all products, including oils, leave-in conditioners, creams, or gels.

Your hair must be fully detangled and comb-through ready. If I am unable to pass a comb through your hair easily, it will be considered not properly prepared.

If needed, please book the wash & blow-dry add-on service before your appointment.

All hair and curls, whether human hair or synthetic, are included with the services. Simply arrive with your hair properly prepped and enjoy a stress-free appointment experience.

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The deposit must be paid directly through the booking system on FRESHA at the time of booking. Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed.

The $30 deposit will be deducted from your total service price on the day of your appointment.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

Late fees apply as follows:

• 11–20 minutes late: $15 fee

• 20–30 minutes late: $40 fee or appointment cancellation at my discretion
